The brand Clelia Apartments belongs to Hotel Clelia Logis d'Italia, which is based in the town of Deiva Marina.
The town is strategically located between the Cinque Terre and Portofino, making it an ideal base point for trips to the Eastern Ligurian Riviera, between Genoa and La Spezia.
Our apartments are ideal for all those who love nature, history, art, and getting to know the area along its walking and cycling paths, or by train or boat.
The town’s long beaches and clean sea water make Deiva Marina a peaceful and pleasant seaside resort area for families on holiday with children.

Being independent - pros and cons:
When staying at a hotel, guests enjoy being completely free, and we do in fact have no limitations
with regard to the hours of entry as well as offering flexible and longer eating times.
For families, staying in a private apartment can be even more relaxing and quiet.
As an extra service and upon request, the hotel's restaurant and breakfast service is available for apartment guests.
The other hotel's facilities - swimming pool, garden, parking, bar, Wi-Fi, and internet point - are also available to apartment guests free of charge.

Where are the holiday apartments located?
Four apartments are located in Deiva Marina, three of which are in the same building – 100 m from the hotel and 200 m from the sea.
The fourth apartment is near Piazza Doria, close to the beach.
Two other apartments are located within the area of the Cinque Terre, in Corniglia and Riomaggiore.

Corallo Apartment:
The 60 m2 apartment is on the ground floor of a typical recently-built Ligurian building.
The apartment belongs to hotel Clelia Logis and offers sleeping accommodations for 4/5 people.
The apartment is divided into one double bedroom, one single bedroom with one extra bed, a living room, kitchenette, and bathroom.
The apartment is provided with a computer and free Wi-Fi connection, 
as well as a hair-dryer, LCD TV with international channels and Sky TV Sat, along with air conditioning and parking.

Anemone Apartment:
Located on the first floor, the apartment has similar features as those found in the Corallo apartment.

Madrepora Apartment:
The 50 m2 Madrepora apartment is located on the second floor of the same building and has a mansard style roof.
The apartment offers lodging for 4 people and features a big double room, a spacious living room, an American-style kitchen and a bathroom.
The Madrepora apartment has the same equipment as the Corallo and Anemone apartments.

Cavalluccio Marino Apartment:
This independent 40 m2 apartment has four beds and is located on a small square close to the sea and shops.
The apartment is split into two floors: the living room and the kitchen are on the first floor,
while the bedroom and the bathroom are on the second floor. The apartment is equipped as the other apartments.

Stella Marina Apartment in Corniglia:
90 m2 apartment.
The apartment offers lodging for 4-6 people and is located in a three-apartment building on the main square of Corniglia, and boasts a great view of the sea.
The apartment has a big living room and kitchen on the first floor, a bathroom, double room and a second room with a balcony on the second floor.
While the apartment is equipped similarly to the others, it does not however have a private parking.
Guests can use the parking of the Hotel Clelia in Deiva Marina free of charge.

La Conchiglia Apartment in Riomaggiore:
40 m2 apartment with four beds located in a small antique building with five other apartments.
The building is located in the upper part of Riomaggiore and has a breathtaking view of the sea from all the windows.
The apartment offers the same equipment as the others, however it only has one TV.
The La Conchiglia apartment has, similarly to Stella Marina apartment, no parking place.
Instead guests can park at the hotel in Deiva Marina for free.
